SHIPPING POLICY

At GrainMod, we are committed to delivering your order accurately and on time. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing and delivery timelines.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
Estimated Delivery Times:
United States: 7 - 12 Business Days
United Kingdom: 6 - 10 Business Days
Europe (Germany, France, Spain, Italy): 7 - 12 Business Days
Canada & Australia: 8 - 14 Business Days
Rest of the World: 10 - 20 Business Days
Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays or customs inspections.
3. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Contact@grainmod.com. with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
4. SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of our carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
GrainMod is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
GrainMod is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, GrainMod will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Why this is safe:
7-12 Days: This is a realistic timeframe for "Fast Line" shipping (like CJPacket or YunExpress). It sets the right expectation so customers don't charge back after 3 days.
Processing Time: "1-3 days" gives you time to fulfill the order without pressure.
